Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award
Individual Excellence Awards recognize an artist's body of work that exemplifies a specific discipline and advances the larger creative community. These awards support the individual growth and development of artists and recognize their work in Ohio as well as its cultural influence beyond the state. Individual Excellence Award funding recommendations are made through an anonymous, open-panel review process focused on the basis of exceptional merit of each artist's past work. This year, more than 600 applications were received from across the state. Jason is honored to have been awarded the Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award for FY 2023.
